| To play SOLO is a very special experience. After 27 years of musical transit I rose to the challenge. From the first idea to the finished CD I did everything myself this time: composed, arranged, recorded all the instruments and voices and also mixed and mastered the CD. My travels to South West Europe, Northern Africa, Russia and Mexico were inspirations for most of the compositions. Each of them is based on a concrete picture and personal stories. | Baja California meets Dresden Nord Miguel de Hoyos currently is without a doubt, one of Mexico’s most talented guitar players. With his originality, elegance and virtuosity, he forms each one of his concerts in a very personal way and therefore enchants audiences of all ages in Mexico, the United States and Europe. Jörg Nassler, a musical globetrotter par excellence combines passion, perfection and musical curiosity. His musical and geographical routes are therefore overlapping: from Andalusia to Morocco, from California through Rio Grande to Mexico. The CD of it came later, is sold out and will not be published again. Produced with extreme care by the expert sound engineers of Amiga on a 24 track analogue machine, it is a true contemporary document and my secret favourite record.
